Vintage Carolina Herrera Saks Fifth Ave Red and black dress with tassle Dynasty

Brand: Carolina Herrera - VINTAGE early 1990s Description: This vintage Carolina Herrera was made by inthe USA and sold at Neiman Marcus ( see tag) and is from the early 1990s. Shoulder pads, Red and Velvet Detailing a stunning beaded tassel. Zipper and hook and eye closure at the back, as well as two zippers on sleeves, are all in working order. The hem needs some sewing. Easy fix but I haven’t sewed since grade 8 sewing class soooooooooo pun intended 😆
