Vintage Childrens Red Jacket with Green Velvet Collar

Very uniques childrens red jacket, in a structured fleece like material, heavy iridescent buttons, and green velvet collar. This is likely homemade, I’m unsure of the age but it came from an estate with lots of 1920s/1930s clothing pieces. Two tiny functional pockets. There are puffs sleeves and some frill around the hem on the back to give a flare fit. Sleeves are very long with a fun cuff. Exterior in good used condition but a number of incidents of wear in the lining as shown the the pictures. Also some discolouration wear on the collar. Measurements: Shoulders: 12 IN Pit to pit: 14 IN Length: 20 IN (The picture of it on is modelled by my 6 year old son)
