Vintage Escada Dress with stains

Super beautiful dress... bought years ago for over $500. it has some stains that you can see in the pictures, they are all subtle - I am not sure if they can come out or not. I haven't tried. There is a wrap detail that crosses over the chest and can tie in a number of different ways. Tassels at the end of the ties.
