Vintage German Nautical Barometer for on the Wall, Made of Wood, Brass and Glass

This is a charming and very interesting vintage barometer made in Germany. It is made of dark wood, brass and glass. There is a brass loop at the top for hanging on the wall. All parts have patina and mild scratching. Please have a look at the pictures to appreciate the charming character of this piece. I don’t know if it is in working condition. I think it is beautiful for decorative purposes. Marked: Gischard Germany 8.25” wide 1.75” deep
