Vintage Golf Tools or Cocktail Tools?

These vintage Golf tools are a mystery to me so if anyone has solid info on which they are (or if you just want to cast a vote) let me know. Are they golf tools (a golf ball marker and ball retriever)???? OR Are they cocktail tools with a golf theme (ice pick and cocktail stirrer) ???? You can give to your favourite golf lover and let them figure it out. I saw them and my mind went directly to happy hour so the set includes a small crystal ice bucket (or ball bucket?? lol) Balls are starting to age (see pics) Thanks for looking.
