Hi there, is this like a tube top that can only be worn off shoulder? Or are there arm holes and could be worn pulled up over the shoulder.

@bar_smith Hey, it does have armholes and actual little sleeves underneath the top ruffle so you could pull it up if you wanted but the way the top is made is really meant to be worn off shoulder. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
