Vintage Heeled Oxford Shoes Womens 7 B Made in Spain

Vintage Heeled Oxford Shoes in green and black Leather, great Fluevog-style look. Probably made in the 1970s or 80s. Size 7 B. Nice condition with a couple of small, light marks as shown. Not sure how to lace them, the laces are leather and they are a bit stiff.
