Vintage Hollywood Regency Syroco Wood Gold Flower Design Wall Plaque

Two beautiful and ornate gold colored wall sconces made by Syracuse Ornamental Wood Co. This company produced a great deal of home decor items in the mid century and this pair is typical of the decor that made in that era. They are lightweight and feature flowers and lovely swirls typical of a French Provincial decor. Each holds one candle. They are marked on the back - COPYRIGHT SYROCO MADE IN USA and the original gold and black foil Syroco Wood sticker labels are on both. The two vintage sconces that are from the mid century have hooks on the back of them for hanging. They measure approx. 13" long and are about 4 3/4" across at widest point. The candle holders have a depth of about 5" from the back of the base section. In great vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some light wear on the gold coating - see photos for detail.
