Vintage Impromptu Button Down Western Blouse

This unique blouse has beautiful design down the front, and has great detail on the sleeves. This blouse looks perfect tucked in, or left out. The subtle puff sleeve drapes beautifully and it is very comfortable to wear. This blouse is in very good condition. Two of the rhinestones are missing. It was made by the brand Impromptu.
