Meant to be low rise and sits beautifully at the hip.

This is so gorgeous. Is it true to a size 10? Or does it fit more like a size 2? (Haha I am hoping it runs very small based on the measurements... )

@bougiesusieshop haha I'm not sure! It definitely does run smaller than a 10 but definitely not a 2. Since it's supposed to be low rise I think it'll sit really well with a 30" hip. I also think it'll be really easy to alter if you wanted :)
