Vintage Junior Maid of Honour Dress. Handmade

This one of a kind dress is something right out of the early 90's bridal book. I remember even wearing something similar having had it made by a relative, especially for me! This has all the feels of Junior bridesmaids or junior prom with the handmade touch, my guess if that it's a size 14 kids or small/ medium. There is a small stain on the back, but could earlier be covered with a belt.
