Vintage Lace Cowboy Hat Mexico Souvenir Feather Band Bohemian Cowgirl Western

Vintage cream lace cowboy hat. Made of a piece of Lace that has been glued and then shaped, and then sewn to a leather band. It has a boho ribbon, and it used to have pink craft feathers as well that I removed since they were mangled. Runs small - probably best for a kid. I have an average size head, and it's very tight. No size markings. My best guess is that this was a souvenir picked up on a trip to Mexico based on the tag. There is some pink staining where I assume the feathers got wet and the pink dye stained (see pics). There are also some areas where glue is visible from the manufacturing. It has some flaws, but its still a great hat. Just needs some replacement feathers. I think it would be adorable to add some flowers too.
