Vintage Mattel Magic talk Smurfette’s mushroom house

Vintage Mattel Smurfs Magic Talk Playset. Smurfette’s Mushroom house. Includes two figures. I tested it and it is not working. Not sure how or if it could be repaired. There is no corrosion in the battery area. It takes one AA battery. The house has some marks, mainly areas where decals were applied and then removed. These would come off with a more thorough cleaning. I have just wiped with warm water and a cloth. Back opens/closes. Bottom door hinge is cracked. See photos for condition and details.
