Vintage Mondi Wool/Alpaca Blend Fringe Jacket

Vintage 1980’s Mondi Western style fringe jacket in a mustard hue. German brand Mondi was founded in 1967 and became a full-range fashion house in the 1970’s. In the 1980’s the brand’s appeal was boosted by Princesses Diana who was a loyal fan and customer. Crafted from a wool and alpaca blend, this jacket is in unbelievably fantastic condition especially considering the vintage. I don’t think this jacket was worn much (or at all) and it was stored well. The full satin lining is intact and also in fantastic condition. In true 80’s fashion style, there are substantial shoulder pads. An awesome and unique addition to your closet, no one else will be wearing this vintage beauty!
