The Culottes are hood waisted, Culottes really look like a long full skirt, this is because there is so much material. It gives it a very full skirt look. Culottes have a side nylon zipper with button closure and 2 deep front pockets. Please note Culottes do not have lining. The size is a VINTAGE US 10, but this is a vintage size. Please see measurements below for TRUE size. Skirt waist is very small, but there is a lot of material to let out.
