Vintage Wrap Floral Skirt Made in Canada 100% polyester Flaw shown in photo otherwise in excellent vintage condition. I have a 14” waist and I can button but it is too small tight. Purchased on Poshmark auction with the intent to alter waist bigger, still haven’t so listing it.
