Rare find. 100% polyester made in Canada vintage crop tie front top. PTP 18 inches. No stretch to fabric. It’s vintage so while it’s marked medium, I’d say fits small to a small/medium best. GUC with mother of pearl buttons. Super cool oversized collar. So dainty and totally unique.
