Vintage Plaid and Sheer Dress

Cute vintage dress with sheer white upper and plaid lower in red, blue, and yellow. Would look adorable with a warm sweater. Tag states 2 year old but the shoulders have been modified to size a taker child so probably fit a 3 year old. Please have a look at measurements. Wool/acrylic skirt. Thanks for looking.
