Vintage Red Ruffle Square Dancing Skirt - Size Medium

Size: Labeled as a large but would consider it a medium. Waist is elastic. Unstretched waist is 13 inches laid flat but can stretch up to 16-17 inches. Condition: Very nice condition overall.
