Vintage Request Strapless Dress

Vintage Request (Zellers Brand) Strapless dress is in like new condition with no rips, stains, or holes. Dress features a semi ruffled top and a flowing bottom with a black/white loop pattern. Dress is body hugging on the top with a built in elastic to keep the dress up but flows over the hips and tummy. Dress is sized as a medium but offers a ton of stretch.
