This is Vintage Saint Jacques Paris Midi Dress Floral Print Size 8 Cotton. Very light weight. Skirt part is lined. Elastic waist. Muted colours. Top part is a little sheer but still very comfortable when wearing. Belted (would probably look better with another belt as the belt is very tiny). Made in Hong Kong.
