Vintage Saki Pitcher with two saki glasses

Navy blue ceramic saki pitcher with pinched neck for graceful pouring. The pitcher is glazed inside with a pale blue and etched with a rice branch decoration. The cups are clear glass with lettering that I think says 100 years?
