Vintage Serge & Réal Floral Peplum Blazer Jacket​

Label: Serge & Real Montreal. Serge & Real (Serge Senecal and Real Bastien) has been in business since 1972, and has dressed Canadian high society since then, including the wife of a former Canadian prime minister, a former Canadian governor general, Quebec entertainers and wives of captains of industry. Both Serge & Real apprenticed at Parisian design houses during the 1960s and decided to open a couture business in Montreal at a time when pret a porter was cutting deeply into couture. Serge & Real expanded their operation to Palm Beach and New York as well as maintaining their Westmount atelier before retiring in 2014 after 51 years in the business. Their creations originally cost many thousands of dollars. Sizing: No size is indicated as this was likely a custom made.
