This is a beautiful and unique vintage dress by Yanak for Bebe from the late 90s or early 2000s. It features an allover eyelet lace pattern in 100% cotton with a mint/turquoise lining underneath that is 90% silk with some spandex for stretch. Incredibly comfortable and feels great. Invisible back zipper closure, has two little straps for hanging. No stains, tears, holes, or other flaws.
