Will a US size medium (approximately sizes 7-9.) Measurements lying flat: 18.5" armpit to armpit" 15" natural waist 22" hips (lots of extra room due to side panels) 53.5" shoulder to bottom hem CONDITION: Overall in beautiful shape, except that the accordian pleating along the neckline is incongruent due to seam loosening.
