Vintage St. Michael wool plaid dress EUC 4T

Reposhing this item I purchased from @evavuong0. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. It is in good used condition but there are two small tares in the front of the dress that are barely noticeable as shown in the last photo Questions? Leave a comment below!
