Vintage Summer Dress

This 100% cotton dress, actually made in the U.S of A, is reminiscent of ice cream floats and back to the future. The neckline is the beauty in this dress! There is a zipper that goes up the back and a little tie!! 🥰 Someone could really work this number!!! This is labelled an L but I include measurements in photos as it is a vintage piece but in excellent condition!!
