Vintage Teal Blue Velour Pants

Teal blue velour wide-leg flares from the 70’s. No labels but they are soft and feel like 100% cotton. Belt loops on the waistline for a skinny belt. No pockets. Please note fade line at the bottom of the flares where they were hemmed. Currently not hemmed. Measurements taken flat: Waist: 13” Mid-hip: 16” Low hip: 18” Front rise: 11” Inseam: 32” Bottom of flare: 12”
