Vintage 90s terry cloth romper. Strapless with elastic waistband. Elastic at the top above the bust as well. Front pockets. Tie at waist is decoration only...it doesn't adjust the waist. Smurf blue colour. Great condition! Appears to have never been worn. Cotton & polyester blend. Labelled a Size Small but fits larger. Measurements laying flat across: Bustt, 26" to 38" Waist, 26" to 40" Hip, 38" Length, 24"
