This amazing vintage ‘90s tiered denim maxi skirt features and elastic waist and buttons at the side. This skirt would be perfect with a western blouse for a night of line dancing or two stepping. In the other hand, it would be perfect with a tank top for a festival-ready outfit. 100% Cotton. Size is Large. Please check measurements below as it may work for size XL. Mannequin is size XS-Small, so excess material at the waist of the skirt was clipped back. Approximate Measurements (laying flat): Waist 16” Waist with elastic stretched 22” Length 39.5” Very good vintage condition. Note that there is a flaw to the material (on the back).
