Vintage Tiffany and Co Sterling Handle Bottle Opener Monogram Stamped Box Pouch

Lovely old Tiffany & Co bottle opener with packaging (cardboard box, plain tissue paper, fabric pouch). The handle of the bottle opener has a monogram (“DBS”) at the end. The top is stamped “Tiffany & Co” on one side, and “Sterling” on the other. The opener part is stamped “Stainless Germany”. The box, tissue, and pouch all have wear. The bottle opener has scratches and patina.
