In perfect, never worn condition. no size or brand so unsure if vintage but it sure looks and feels vintage. no material tag. beautiful gold and turquoise matching belt. buttons all the way down. ptp 22, belt has holes 29"-32". length 45". Gorgeous dress if new or old.
