Vintage Ultramarine Silk Shrug

A sweet little shrug that is a perfect cover-up over a dress. It is vintage and hand-made, which you can see in the last photo. It is unlined but in good condition. It feels like a silk fabric. It doesn’t have a size on it but it is on a dress form with a 34’’ bust. Along the top of the shoulders it measures 13’’.
