Vintage Unique Bracelet - wood, possibly petrified wood carvings

The bracelet seems fairly old i.e. Vintage. Unsigned as far as I can tell. Person who is knowledgeable about wood suggested it might be petrified wood. I make no definitive claims except that it’s a wonderful example of artistic carving. The wolf (or fox?) heads that are attached to the closures suggest this may be from an indigenous artist. Note: The website seems to have cropped the original shots further. I’ll try to remedy that - especially to show full measurement and bracelet in full.
