Vintage Vancouver F as in Frank Romper

F as in Frank has been reworking clothing in Vancouver for many years, and this romper was purchased circa 2014. It’s made of a t-shirt from 1992 and cotton shorts. Pit-pit is 21”, waist is 15” approx, laid flat. Would be great with a cute bralette underneath! The inseam on the shorts is about 4”.
