Vintage Western Star Inspired Brooch

Silver toned brooch is in excellent used condition, with minor surface scratches due to age Brooch is silver toned adorned with multiple moving tassels, has a multilayer built up texture, small details are amazing. Brooch does have a bit for weight to it and is concaved for a better fit. No manufactures marking See photos for measurements I don't know much else about this brooch other than it was purchased by my grandma and found prior to her estate sale. Questions?
