Vintage White & Navy Dress with sailor/anchor buttons

Stunning, crisp white with navy details in excellent condition. Has shoulder pads, belt loops (no belt). 13 inch waist not stretched/flat and stretches up to a 16 inch waist stretched out a bit (might have a bit more stretch) 19 inches pit to pit 16 inch hip no stretch Comment with any questions please! 🐾Dog/Cat friendly home although garments are kept in a separate room ♻️ I reuse/recycle all my packaging so it might not be pretty packaging but it works
