Vintage World Twirling Association uniform jacket

This piece is just cool. With the braid and buttons and embroidered B on the front. I’m not sure what vintage this is. Whenever baton twirling was big, 40s? 50s?The blue fabric feels like a lightweight wool, but I can be sure. This looks handmade. Stitching is coming out a bit along the zipper at the back (easy repair) and a few stains/marks on fabric (see photos) approximate pit to pit and length of sleeve from shoulder seam to cuff included. Pretty sure this is kid/teen sized based on sleeve length and size. Would make an amazing vintage costume. P.S. if you have any knowledge of where and when this piece might be, please share.
