This vintage dress from Liz Claiborne is a stunner! Vibrant kelly green, blue and white starfish print on silk is so unique. Features short sleeves, round neckline, full back zipper and wrap front skirt with attached belt buckle. In excellent pre-owned condition. Size 14 petite, but would fit a regular 14 as well.
