Vintage / antique luxury Cardinal mechanical wrist watch with 17 jewels

Vintage antique Cardinal mechanical wrist watch with 17 jewels. Gold tone case. Not sure what it is made of. Stretchy stainless steel band, fits at 7.25" and will also fit a bit smaller and a bit larger. Can't say whether it is in working condition, but it should be serviced and cleaned. Some scratches on the surface (which is likely made of real crystal), as pictured.
