Vintage black denim cutoff shorts (size small)

Vintage black, high-waisted jean shorts perfect for summer. The measurements are in the photos and would probably work best for a size extra small (XS) or small (S). The cuffs are frayed and the waist has been altered/taken-in by the previous owner. The waist is roughly 25 inches–please feel free to ask if you need more detailed measurements if you're worried about too tight or loose of a fit. The style is grunge and a little 90s or skate culture. The brand is Penman's.
