A true vintage piece of clothing in delightful condition! No size tags but looks like XS-S - please see pics for additional measurements Blouse with a princess vest body and sheer sleeves. Button and loop closures. Small shoulder pads, but they can likely be snipped off. Black with soft gold/champagne buttons and detailing. Brand is Kitty USA. Made in USA. 95% poly and 5% lycra.
