Vintage blue leather western fringe tasseled jacket womens small/medium

Vintage 90s blue dyed leather tasseled jacket. Sits above the waist. Fits around a women's size 8 (please let me know if you would like measurements). This is a vintage jacket, so it has some fading of colour on the shoulders and back (as you can see in the photos). Comes from a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
