headyposh42 @nlismore07 I am very sorry to hear that. It worked before I sent it. The only thing I can say is that you can try to open a case with Poshmark. That is my only recommendation. Again I am sorry for any inconvenience. I don't know what's going on with it. Maybe something happened during the shipping process. You would have to go through Poshmark for something like this.
