Vintage brown suede jacket. Size is large, but fits more like a medium

Gorgeous retro suede jacket, only worn 1 or 2 times. Fits like a medium. See pictures, measured waist is 16 inches laying down. I am usually a size medium, 5’5” and 30 waist for reference. Jacket has button snaps and belt loops, but no belt
