Leather portion on top with black design. Lined. Back zipper opening with top snap button closure. 2 adjustable tabs on waistband to adjust width. Bit of wrinkling in suede(see pics).Labelled size 10 (see measurements). Size 6 if on smaller setting. Made by P&W. Lining:100%acetate. Approx 36in length, 15.5in width at waist on wider setting, 14.25in width of waist at smaller setting,
