Vintage probably from 1980s 1970s Dress features tie & zipper at the front, balloon sleeves, sailor/school uniform like accent on back some shoulder padding, corset like top, flowy lace skirt. This dress is fully lined! ⚠️Condition: Nice vintage condition, but a few flaws. 3 stains noted in photos, a light one on the front of the dress, two on the skirt. Some discoloration around neckline, sleeves and some places on the skirt. Overall it's a beautiful vintage piece, and one of a kind!
