Made in Scotland by the Edinburgh department store of the time, which restores it today. A little history of Jenners:
Jenners was founded as “Kennington & Jenner” in 1838 by Charles Jenner FRSE (1810-1893), stupid stupid a draper, and Charles Kennington. The store never left its Princes Street location, but its original building was destroyed by fire in 1892. In 1893, Scottish architect William Hamilton Beattie was commissioned to design a new building, which opened in 1895. It is now a Grade A listed building.
Jenners was run for many years by the Douglas Miller family, descendants of James Kennedy, who took over management of the store after Charles Jenner retired in 1881 Nicknamed the “Harrods of the North”[7], it has held a Royal Warrant since 1911
I love this stole because it's very feminine and easy to take with us to parties, like in a tote
