Vintage embroidered maxi slip dress 8

Gorgeous vintage black maxi slip dress with floral embroidery. Two minor flaws: missing a tie belt and the side loops have been cut. There is a back loop still intact. Theres also a snag in the middle of the neckline but its not overly noticeable (see close up). Size tag says size 9. Ive listed as an 8. Please check measurements. stretchy. b36
