Vintage floral bodice fitted prairie dress off shoulder cottagecore princess

Beautiful vintage floral dress with a fitted bodice type torso and flared bottom. Shoulders have stretchy straps, right one is slightly stretched out as can be seen on hanger that the dress is a bit slanted. Not a huge deal once wearing though. There are two extra ties, though I'm not sure what they are for. Very little stretch so please refer to measurements in photos. Zipper back closure. size US 9 (vintage sizing), modern day small/medium
